1. Acceptance
By launching, sharing, or watching through FreedomGoLive, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Activity or its related browser pages.
2. What FreedomGoLive Does
FreedomGoLive is a Discord Activity that helps people in the same Discord Activity instance open secure browser pages to share a window, screen, or tab and watch a live stream. The Activity uses Discord authentication, temporary session tickets, WebSocket signaling, and WebRTC media connections.
FreedomGoLive is not made by Discord. Your use of Discord remains governed by Discord's own terms, policies, and community rules.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Only share content you have the right to share.
- Do not share private, confidential, sensitive, illegal, harmful, or non-consensual content.
- Do not use FreedomGoLive to harass, abuse, impersonate, threaten, scam, infringe rights, distribute malware, or violate Discord rules or applicable law.
- Tell people in the call before sharing content that may include personal information, private messages, copyrighted material, or audio from other people.
- Use the browser sharing picker carefully. You decide which window, tab, screen, and audio sources are shared.
4. Live Streams
FreedomGoLive is designed for live, temporary streaming. It does not provide built-in recording or permanent publishing features. However, viewers may still be able to record or capture what they see using external tools. Do not stream anything unless you are comfortable with the people in the call seeing it.
Streams may expose your Discord display name, avatar, viewer count, and the browser-provided name of the window or screen you chose to share to other participants in the same Activity instance.
5. Privacy
The FreedomGoLive Privacy Policy explains what data is processed, why it is processed, how long it is kept, and how to request deletion. Please read it here: Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and Changes
FreedomGoLive is provided as-is and may change, pause, fail, or be discontinued. Network conditions, browser permissions, Discord client behavior, WebRTC compatibility, and server availability can affect whether streaming works.
7. Security
You must not attempt to bypass access controls, reuse expired links, disrupt the service, probe private systems, intercept streams, or access streams outside your Activity instance. Security issues should be reported through the support or contact channel provided by the FreedomGoLive operator.
8. Suspension or Termination
Access may be limited or removed if the Activity is misused, if required by law, if required by Discord, or if operating the service becomes unsafe or impractical.
9. Contact
FreedomGoLive is operated by the FreedomGoLive operator or team responsible for the Discord application. Use the support, website, or contact channel listed in the Discord application profile to ask questions about these Terms.
